JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Accounting Clerk II will perform routine accounting activities such as maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports.
• Review, code and verify transactions and journal entries.
• Complete moderately complex calculations.
• Reconcile accounts and bank statements.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Detail-oriented individual with a good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Assist with supply and purchasing functions as well as other administrative duties as required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma required, prefer a degree in accounting or business.
• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks accounting software.
• Knowledge of E2 Shop System preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow process and operating practices.
